Your Account

You must be least 18 years of age to registering for a countrynmore.com account. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. You also accept the responsibility for all activity that occurs with your account and password. You may not use a false e-mail address, fictitious name, or address, when register for an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, or to cancel orders.

Reviews & Testimonials

Customers may submit testimonials and write reviews about items obtained from Country N' More as long as the content is not obscene, offensive, or threatening. We reserve the right to remove or edit content. We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Product Descriptions

Our website endeavors to provide accurate information describing our products. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions on this site to be complete or error-free. If a product received is not as described, we would appreciate a message to sales@countrynmore.com with details about the discrepancy.

Product Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases. You must request a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase by sending a message to returns@countrynmore.com. Please reference your order number, the item number, and describe your reason for dissatisfaction. Products returned for refund must be in like-new condition. All returning packages must be insured. Shipping costs are not refundable and the cost of shipping returns to countrynmore.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

International Orders

Your packages may be subject to the customs, import duties and fees of the country to which you have your order shipped to. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and any assessment or addition of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We will not falsify customs documents or example but not limited to, marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.

When returning merchandise, international customers are responsible for shipping costs. Products returned for refund must be in like-new condition. After the merchandise is received, we will issue a refund for the product(s), minus the original shipping costs. No refunds will be given to International buyers who refuse packages due to custom fees or other other reason.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We monitor the tracking until the package there is confirmation that the package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the delivery takes longer than the expected date, we will open up a claims with the post office. 

Product Warranty

We pride ourselves on manufacturing quality products. In the rare case that you have received a defective product from us, please sent us an email to sales@countrynmore.com with details about the problem. We will work with you to determine the appropriate corrective action.

Custom Work

We at countrynmore.com are able to complete large custom orders for barbecue and cobbler aprons. Please feel free to contact us with your request and we would be happy to see how we can help create that special order for your event. Once the details are confirmed in writing and both parties agree to the terms, there will be additional charges for changes to the original order.
