Country N’ More collects information in order to process your order. Information collected includes but not limited to customer name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. Your information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third-parties except as required to process orders.

Registration

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the guest or registration form. You will be required to provide information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address and street address. This information is used to provide you with services such as order status updates via e-mail.

Orders

The information collected in the registration process will be used to process your orders. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will contact you using the provided information.

Security

Country N’ More uses High Grade 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to secure the transmission of your personal information during all transactions. Passwords are maintained in an encrypted format. We never store credit card information on our servers. When your personal data is stored by Country N’ More, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. Country N’ More follows best practices to protect your personal information, but we cannot 100% guarantee your information will be completely secure. To help prevent unauthorized access to account, it is very important for you to NEVER share your username and password with anyone.

Country N’ More uses CloudFlare to provide DDoS protection and DNS services for our websites. A copy of CloudFlare’s privacy policy is available here.

Data Retention and Removal of Personal Information

We will only store your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information is collected and processed or — where the applicable law provides for longer storage and retention period — for the storage and retention period required by law.

In certain cases Personal Data cannot be completely deleted, such as the requirement to retain certain transactional data under statutory commercial and tax law for a period of up to ten (10) years. If you exercise a right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, we will review your objection and delete your Personal Data that we processed for the purpose to which you objected without undue delay, unless another legal basis for processing and retaining this data exists or unless applicable law requires us to retain the data.

Opt-In/Opt-Out

During registration process you can choose to opt-in to receive e-mails from us about announcements, new products, sales and specials. To stop receiving e-mails from us, go to Notification. (you may need to log in into your account) and uncheck "Newsletters".

You may also opt-out by sending an email to sales@countrynmore.com with an message requesting to be removed from our newsletters. Please allow 48 hours after we receive your request to be removed from our newsletters.

Log Files

Country N’ More collects web statistical information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, operating system and IP address with each query. This is used for finding trends, administering our site, tracking user movement, and gathering demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link web statistical information to any personally identifiable information.

Cookies

The use of Cookies is standard on the internet. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, the decision of whether to accept or not is yours. You may adjust your browser settings to prevent the reception of cookies, or to provide notification whenever a cookie is sent to you. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. Country N’ More employs other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivery and processing credit card payments. Third-Parties have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to obtain deletion by us of Personal Data concerning you by deleting your User Account via the Account Dashboard page.

As a result of deleting your User Account, you will lose access to our services, including but not limited to, the User Account and Subscription(s).

When our processing of your Personal Data is based on legitimate interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and this Privacy Policy, you have the right to object to these processing. Children

Country N’ More does not sell products for purchase by children. You must be least 18 years of age in order to create accounts and make purchases.We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information via the Internet from children under the age of 13.
