We ship out weekdays. Most orders ship out the same business day.  Please allow extra 4-6 days for custom items. Orders with overnight delivery service usually ship out the same day, when placed by 10 a.m. Pacific Time, weekdays. 

Domestic Shipping

We provide the option to use various carriers to deliver your orders. The United States Postal Service is generally used for most shipments, including free shipping qualified orders. All domestic order are shipped with tracking. We monitor the tracking until the package there is confirmation that the package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

We are happy to accept international orders. Your packages may be subject to the customs, import duties and fees of the country to which you have your order shipped to. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and any assessment or addition of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We will not falsify customs documents or example but not limited to, marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.
