Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within a period of Thirty (30) days and must be in like-new condition, by being free from stains, rips, tears and marks.
Must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by sending a message to returns@countrynmore.com. Please reference your order number, the item number, and describe your reason for dissatisfaction.
All returning packages must be insured. Shipping costs are not refundable and the cost of shipping returns to countrynmore.com is the sole responsibility of the customer. Countrynmore.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
